Some of these combinations are rather easy to figure out and some aren’t. Having Frieza and Cell team up against Goku will unlock a unique dialogue between them as well. For example, having Vegeta and Frieza team up will unlock a Special Event. To unlock these Special Events, you’ll need to team up certain characters who have history together or pit them against an opponent that they have history with.
The Special Events in Dragon Ball FighterZ give some great cut scenes. These special cutscenes are interspersed just before fights and they reunite certain characters to create some amazing dialogue.Įven if you aren’t into the Special Events in Dragon Ball FighterZ's story mode, you may want to unlock them all to 100 percent the story. Dragon Ball FighterZ's story mode is very good, but it’s made even better with the addition of Special Events.
